Vauen Shine 168

With roots dating to 1848, Vauen is Germany's longest running pipe manufacturer. Vauen is also the originator of the Dr. Perl activated carbon filter, which quickly became a standard feature on all of their pipes. Vauen's Shine series is characterized by a rich, grain defining amber stain, crisp beadlines around the bowl, and metallic accents at the rim and conjunction that lend each pipe the appearance of having an elegant spigot mount but with a standard motise-and-tenon arrangement. Offered across a wide array of shapes, the series is presented here in Vauen's distinctive "168" bent Billiard.
