As if torn out of the roaring sixties, the design brings to mind the big luxury lighter brands that were enviously looked after in the good old days - the technique is also the same, no electronic nonsense, a flint stone that sparkles is enough to light the gas and deliver a soft flame for an elegant ignition.
The design is top notch here, but the ease of use when adjusting the flame and filling with gas is not as much of a focus - you need to have fingers on the end of your hand and good eyes and maybe a small flat screwdriver (also for replacing stones in the top), but it's all worth it!
